One has permission during learning to take a drop of time to re-ignite our fire of yiras shamayim (Fear of Heaven). All is for the sake of Torah- not for the sake of feeling devykus in Hashem. 5 minutes for every 15 hours of learning allowed for a recharge of yiras shamayim break.
